How to Add Contacts

 

The Transaction Tracker allows you to add & store contact information for prospects, customers, and vendors. Below are simple instructions on how to add contact information to the transaction tracker. We recommend that you take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the layout and the available functionality of the application.

 

Adding contact information:

 

  1. Select My Contacts.TT_3_3

 

 

  1. Click Add New Contact.

  1. Complete the new contact form.

  1. Select Show in Transactions to allow this contact to be selected in the entry of a transaction. If this option is not checked, then this contact cannot be used in entry of a transaction. Multiple contacts in the same company will generally have the “Show in Transactions” option turned off so that the company shows up in the list only once.

 

  1. Click Save.
