How to add a calendar Event

 

The calendar will display your scheduled meetings automatically. You can also schedule important events, activities and meetings within the calendar by double clicking on the date. Adding a calendar event is a very useful tool that you can use to keep up with events, activities and meetings in your company.

    1. To begin, select the CALENDAR tab located at the top of the application menu.

 

    1. Double click on the day that you would like to add a meeting/event for. Once complete, click on SAVE & CLOSE.

 

    1. After you have saved the event, you will see the event show up in the calendar.
