Managing Issues within the Issue Tracker


Within the Issue Tracker you are able to view a brief description of each issue and you are also able to edit various values to help you resolve all of your open and most urgent issues.

You can select one of several different issue management options:

  • Update the Priority
  • Change the Status
  • Close the Issue




  1. Click on the Issues Tab and you will see the issues listed under search results. The issues will be listed by Issue ID, Status, Priority, Contact, Contact Company, Product, Subject, Date Entered, Date Modified, Issue Type and Assigned To. If you click on the Magnifying glass icon you will get the description of the issue that you recorded.
  2. You can update the priority of your issue by clicking on the drop down menu under priority.
  3. You can also change the status and close the issue when the issue has been resolved.
