How to Customize the Issue Tracker

The Issue Tracker allows you to customize your settings by including your products & services as well as adding your own values. You can add statuses, priorities, and others in the Issue tracker to help you resolve issues quickly and effectively.

1. Begin by selecting the MANAGE VALUES tab at the top of your screen.





2. Then select the CATEGORY for which you would like to customize your values.





3. Once you have selected a category, just type in your custom value, then be sure to click SAVE for the value to appear.
