Questions are received 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and answered within 2 business days. Submitting Questions to the Consultants

Follow these steps to submit your questions to the GoSmallBiz.com business consultants.

  1. Log in to your account by going to www.gosmallbiz.com and selecting Member Login in the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Once logged in, select Consultation from the options at the top of the page.
  3. If this is your first question, you will be brought to the screen shown below. Follow the listed steps to submit your question.
    1. Select a Topic: Using the drop down menu, select a topic for your question. If you do not see a topic that matches your question, select Other.
    2. Enter Your Question: Using up to 1,000 words, enter your question. Include as much relevant information as possible.
    3. Email Confirmation: When a question is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that our consulting team has received the question. When the question is answered, you will receive an email notification to log back in and review your answer. If you would like these emails to be sent to an email address other than the one on file for your account, please list this address here. If this field is left blank, the confirmation emails will be sent to the email address on file for your account, which is displayed above this field.
    4. Submit Your Question: When you’re ready, click this button to submit your question.

Viewing Your Answer

All submitted questions will be answered within 2 business days. Once your question has been answered, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address listed in step 3 above notifying you that your answer is ready for review. To review your answer, follow the steps shown below:

  1. Log in to your account by going to www.gosmallbiz.com and selecting Member Login in the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Once logged in, select Consultation from the options at the top of the page.
  3. From the screen that appears, you can view your answer by selecting View next to the question you submitted or you can ask another question by clicking the Ask A Question button. Questions that have been submitted but have not yet been answered will be shown under the Pending tab.
